Retaining deleted items

You can continue to store items in the database after they are deleted from a page, so that they can be restored. If you choose to retain deleted items you can also continue to display them in the page. To remove retained items permanently from the database you must perform a system purge.

  1. In the Navigator, click Properties next to the page group with which you want to work.

  2. Click the Items tab.

  3. Select Retain Deleted Items.

  4. Click OK to return to the Navigator.
