The objectivesto be achieved in the study of this subject are: a) Knowledge of the court structure in the European Union as a whole and each of its organs,
b) Importance of the jurisdiction in the organization and functioning of the European Union,
c) Relations between the European Union's jurisdiction and the jurisdiction of the Member States, with special reference to Spanish jurisdiction.
