The student shall pass two exams through the virtual platform of the course.
1. The first one will be a multiple choice test, which evaluates the knowledge of theory. This exam will be available in the virtual course at the end of February.
2. The second one consists on presenting a case of maladministration using the European Ombudsman complaint form. This exam will be available in the virtual course at the beginning of April.
Both exams should be given back to the virtual platform once fulfilled.

1. The first exam assess the theoretical knowledge of the contents of this course. It will be appraised the right answer, but also the explanation of it
2. The second exam assess the practical implementation of the theoretical knowledge. It will be appraised the originality, the design of the case and the theoretical explanations.
