My research revolves around Human Factors in Natural Language Processing, interdisciplinary research bridging Social Data Science and NLP. I'm particularly interested in linking online data with events in the real world, among others for tackling problematic issues on the Web and social media that can have a damaging effect on individuals or society at large, such as hate speech, misinformation, inequality, biases and other forms of online harm.

La profesora tiene una experiencia docente universitaria de 17 años, además de experiencia en docencia relacionada con la Minería de Textos en otros másters, así como amplia experiencia investigadora en Procesamiento del Lenguaje Natural, Representación de documentos, Recuperación de Información, Clustering de documentos y minería de textos en general para diferentes tareas dentro del dominio biomédico.
