Lineas de Investigación

La influencia del estigma en el bienestar de las personas estigmatizadas: estrategias de afrontamiento

En esta línea de investigación analizamos la influencia de la estigmatización en el bienestar de las personas pertenecientes a diversos grupos estigmatizados y las variables que pueden contribuir a paliar los efectos del estigma. A lo largo de los últimos años hemos abordado estas cuestiones, a través de varios proyectos financiados, en diversos grupos tales como las personas con VIH, personas con diversos tipos de discapacidad, personas LGTB, etc.

Liderazgo auténtico: antecedentes y consecuencias

En esta línea de investigación estudiamos los antecedentes y consecuencias de un tipo de liderazgo que se ha puesto de moda en los últimos años en el ámbito de la Psicología Organizacional: el liderazgo auténtico. Dicho liderazgo está relacionado con el liderazgo ético y con la Psicología Positiva y señala a aquellos líderes que son fieles a sus valores y principios y que tienen en cuenta los aspectos éticos y morales de sus decisiones

Estilos de apego y satisfacción en las relaciones de pareja

A través de esta línea de investigación analizamos como los estilos de apego, ansiedad y evitación, influyen en la satisfacción de las relaciones de pareja y en la satisfacción vital en general. En esta línea de investigación realizamos análisis diadicos, es decir, analizando de forma conjunta las respuestas de ambos miembros de la pareja.
