The general topic to be learned in this module are the strategic aspects of policy design and decision making in the EU Area of ¿¿Freedom, Security and Justice. In this module, multiple participants will discuss the specific rules on program establishment, negotiation and voting procedures in the area of policing, ¿¿police cooperation, covering the interests of the Member States and the Justice and Home Affairs agencies in relation to the internal participants of the EU and also of the external ones.
El tema general a aprender en este módulo son los aspectos estratégicos del diseño de políticas y toma de decisiones en el Área de Libertad, Seguridad y Justicia de la UE. En este módulo se discutirán desde una perspectiva múltiples participantes las reglas específicas sobre establecimiento del programa, negociación y procedimientos de votación en el área de la cooperación policial, abarcando los intereses de los Estados miembros y los organismos de Justicia y Asuntos de Interior en relación a los participantes internos de la UE y también de los externos.
