Los destinatarios del master son "Senior Police Officer" de países de la UE o que cooperan con estos en el marco del Espacio de Libertad, Seguridad y Justicia.

Asimismo, los alumnos deben poseer un título de grado de al menos 180 ECTS. o equivalente que de paso a poder cursar un Master oficial

Por último, se requiere un nivel de inglés B2, que debe ser acreditado por los candidatos.
