RESULTADOS DE APRENDIZAJE
The objective of the module is to allow the student, through his/her knowledge and instruments, to integrate the respect, promotion and fulfillment of the Fundamental rights and Ethical in strategic decision making, while considering its implications in border management.
The student will obtain knowledge of fundamental and ethical rights, as reflected in their respective legal scope, while emanating from the jurisprudence and case law.
The module will allow the student to make decisions regarding strategy in defense of frontiers as well as revise the current institutional and political structures, always with respect for fundamental and ethical rights.
