The UNED has an Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC-U) that covers all of its official undergraduate, master's and doctoral degrees, as well as the services it offers, whose design was certified by ANECA. The SGIC-U contemplates all the processes necessary to ensure the quality of its teaching staff, resources and services for students: access, admission and reception, external internships, mobility programs, academic orientation and job placement, monitoring and evaluation of training results, attention to suggestions and complaints and the adequacy of support staff, among others. The people in charge of the SGIC are:
The Title Coordinating Commission (EJMP Master committee and steering committee, with the institutions delivering the Modules plus CEPOL and UNED)
The Faculty Quality Assurance Commitee where available
The Decanal or Management Team
The Quality Assurance Commission of the UNED
Through the Statistical Portal, the UNED provides information to the entire university community regarding both the results of the training and the satisfaction results of the different groups involved.
