Each EU Member State will nominate the pre-selected candidates and will inform the "Master Program Committee" that it will be the one who will adopt the final decision on the admitted ones. For this decision, in addition to assessing the existence of the access requirements discussed in the previous point ("requisitos de acceso") , the following criteria will be taken into account:

1. Demonstrated policing experience in management positions;

2. Demonstrated policing experience in specialist positions;

3. Justification of the need to improve their competences within the framework of international police cooperation in relation to the implementation of the EU's Internal Security.
