Each iteration will enroll a maximum of 40 students from the EU Member States, as well as from Associated States, Candidate States, as well as neighboring countries and relevant European Agencies in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice (they are, all of them,  proposed institutionally). Among those 40, 10 students can be admitted without financial support from CEPOL,  if their home institutions bear the costs of any kind
