Use this page to perform the same action on multiple pages simultaneously.

Note: This page displays most pages in a page group, including sub-pages; it does not display template and navigation pages.

Field Description
Delete

After selecting multiple pages, click Delete to delete the pages.

Note: Deleting pages also deletes all of the items on the pages.

Move To

After selecting multiple pages and identifying a destination page, click Move To to move the pages.

Note: Click Browse icon to select a destination page.

Copy To

After selecting multiple pages and identifying a destination page, click Copy To to copy the pages.

When you copy a page, its items, portlets, portlet customization, and page customization are copied as well. The page's sub-pages are not copied.

Select one of the following actions and click Go:

  • Grant Access - Allows you to add to or overwrite the access privileges of the selected pages.
  • Make Public - Makes the selected pages public.
  • Make Private - Makes the selected pages private.
  • Enable ILS - Enables item level security for the selected pages.
  • Disable ILS - Disables item level security for the selected pages.
Export After selecting multiple pages, click Export to add the pages to the export transport set.
Display Name The descriptive name of the page.
Author The creator of the page.
Type The page type, such as Standard or URL.
Date Updated The date when the page was last updated.
Path The path of the page.

  1. Log in to OracleAS Portal, and click the Navigator link at the top of the page.
  2. Go to the page group on which you plan to perform bulk actions.
  3. Click the Contents link next to the page group.
  4. On the resulting page, click the Bulk Actions link next to the Pages node.
