Los temas del módulo incluyen:

1. Introducción general al sistema de gobernanza de la Unión Europea: papel de las instituciones (Comisión Europea, el Tribunal Europeo de Justicia, Parlamento Europeo, Consejo Europeo, el Tribunal de Cuentas Europeo) y otros agentes, tales como la Agencia de Derechos Fundamentales
2. Seguridad Interior Europea - toma de decisiones y gobernanza (COREPER, COSI, Consejo JAI)
3. Estrategias de Seguridad Europea y Justicia y Asuntos de Interior, Programas de Acción y sus efectos sobre la aplicación de la ley.
4. Interacción estratégica entre la Unión Europea y diversos organismos internacionales pertinentes, tales como la ONU, el Consejo de Europa, la OTAN, la Unión Africana y de la OSCE.
5. Interacciones entre los organismos del JAI EU y socios externos pertinentes.

The topics of this module include:

1. General Introduction into the governance system of the European Union: role of the institutions (European Commission, European Court of Justice, European Parliament, European Council, European Court of Auditors) and other actors, such as the Fundamental Rights Agency
2. European Internal Security decision-making and governance (COREPER, COSI, JHA Council)
3. European Security Strategies and Justice and Home Affairs Action Programmes and their impact on law enforcement.
4. The strategic interaction between EU and different relevant international bodies such as UN, the Council of Europe, NATO, African Union and OSCE.
5. Interactions between EU JHA agencies and relevant external partners.
6. The strategic aspects of the external action of the EU include:
