This guide corresponds to the first level (A2) established by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (Council of Europe, 2001) [1]. The Basic level A2 of Spanish is a course of progress and maturity of the contents of the elementary level (A1) in order to reach a more efficient communicative level in the Spanish language. Learners who pass this level will have acquired a series of communicative competencies to communicate at this level, which are described according to the different linguistic skills in the Objectives section of this guide.
