Editing page group properties

To edit page group properties, you must have at least one of the following privileges:

To edit page group properties

  1. In the Navigator, click Properties next to the page group with which you want to work.

  2. On the Main tab you can:

    Change the name of the page group
    Specify a page group contact
    Change the page group quota
    Revoke style privileges from users with Manage page privileges

  3. On the Configure tab you can:

    Choose the page types available in the page group
    Choose a default style for the page group
    Choose a default navigation page for the page group
    Choose a default page template for the page group
    Enable user interface templates in the page group
    Choose the categories available in the page group
    Choose the perspectives available in the page group
    Choose the item types available in the page group
    Enable parameters and events in the page group
    Enable Java Server Pages to access the page group

  4. On the Items tab you can:

    Set the page group item versioning level
    Retain deleted items
    Display deleted items in the page group
    Changing the New and Updated icon display period
    Performing a system purge

  5. On the Approval tab you can:

    Set up an approval process for the page group
    Set up expiry notifications for the page group

  6. On the Translations tab you can:

    Make the page group available in another language
    Change the status of a page group translation
    Delete a page group translation

  7. On the Access tab, you can:

    Control access to the page group
    Assigning a page group administrator
    Clear cache entries for the page group

  8. Click OK to return to the Navigator.
